FBK import to Open Roads survey version SS4

Question

When importing a FBK file the distance unit are being converted to meters. How do I correct this issue?

Change the header of the FBK to read : 
 
UNITS FOOT DMS 
 
Instead of 
 
UNITS USFOOT DMS

You should also be able to click Reset in the upper right of the dialog and it should reappear. There is no TIW because it uses a parser.
