Hi Joe: If your company uses a deployed license server (IE, select server runs on one of your local machines) then go into the license server page and refresh the license list. If this does not help then please log a report with our support team. I apologize for the annoyance.

For users seeing this issue with Bentley hosted SELECTserver, we just need to call our licensing support team and have them refresh your site to update the license. I believe they also call this "dirty" the site, which simply means it is marked to update.
Therefore, you can either call into licensing support yourself, or feel free to send me your contact/company information in e-mail, and I will contact licensing for you (kevin.mcdonald@bentley.com).
