Corridor Modeling - Cross section labeling

Here is what I have set in project manager:

the working alignment definition of project manager does not affect the corridor modeler xs. the message is clear. your xs were cut using a chain that does not exist in the gpk file you have selected. make sure that you point to the correct gpk file in your geopak user preferences, job preferences. look at your xs cells and see which chain name was used when the xs were cut.

I only have one gpk and only one chain in that gpk but just to be safe I double checked and the chain name in the x-sec cell IS the same name as my chain.

Before I was trying to open the Cross Section Labeling in my corridor plan graphics file which may have been part of the issue.

Now however when I try to open Cross Section Labeling while in my cross section file I get the following error message.

yes, you need to be in the xs dgn to run this tool. try and delete your rsc files.. see this post

Deleted my resource files and still getting the same error message.
Any other suggestions?
