Corridor Modeling - Cross section labeling

Here is what I have set in project manager:

the working alignment definition of project manager does not affect the corridor modeler xs. the message is clear. your xs were cut using a chain that does not exist in the gpk file you have selected. make sure that you point to the correct gpk file in your geopak user preferences, job preferences. look at your xs cells and see which chain name was used when the xs were cut.

there should be two files there. The job002.gpk and the XSEC.dgn

ok. sorry I didn't see it at first.
there is nothing wrong with your files. it opens fine over here.
I will suggest that when you cut your xs, use the defaults for vertical and horizontal distance. your xs are too close together.
I don't think that is your issue now.
for now, I would suggest that you uninstall geopak. run ccleaner to clean the registry.
reinstall but first make sure you are admin on the machine and turn your UAC (user account control settings in control panel) to the lowest setting.

I had my IT department uninstall and reinstall geopak and still running into the same issue.

I hit debug this time and attached is a screen shot of the Visual Basic window that came up displaying the problem.

this doesn't really help. does it work on other computers? if so, you may need to try a new windows user profile on that machine and see if it works.
