Nate, I run InRoads, not GEOPAK, but I suspect the Roadway Designer is essentially the same. First, I wouldn't be surprised if the Key Station that was deleted is still being held onto. I've seen that happen with Transition edits. Aside from that possibility, there are other things to consider. Yes, the Roadway Designer models at stations associated with the Template Drops, and Key Stations, but it also models at unique stations associated with Point Controls, Parametric Constraints, End Condition Exceptions, and one-off Cross Section edits. And some of this is dependent on the Roadway Designer Option settings ...in the section called "Include Critical Sections". I wrote up a technical tip on this a while back because I've never seen it documented anywhere before. Have you checked to see if any of these unique stations are part of any other modeling controls?

I know a small handful are from the point controls/parametric constraints (I'm not using any end condition exceptions or cross section edits) but the vast majority are not and instead appear to be locations where I had a key station that has since been deleted from the list.

I don't know if there is a bug with the corridor holding onto Key Stations, but maybe you are about to confirm that. In a non-related area, I know that Corridors started to 'remember' editing done in a transition, so that when changes to templates where made, the transition didn't require re-editing. That 'memory' caused some problems when you really needed or wanted the Corridor to 'forget' that prior edit. There may be something similar going on. I would save the IRD, exit the software, restart and reload the IRD and see if that station section still exists. (And obviously confirming that it doesn't exist in any other aspect of the corridor model.) I've suspected that it might be remembering Key Station entries when I was working on something a few weeks ago, but never confirmed it since I had a lot of other controls going on at the same time, and was adding and removing a number of Key Stations. I put this on my personal list to test some day, but if you confirm that this is true, please post it.
