I have seen this before and while it does not effect design computations it does look odd in plan view and sheet production.  I think it has something to do with the angle of the pipe entering the structure.  At some point the maximum angle is exceeded and the pipe switches sides.  Maybe try rotating the structure angle slightly.  I assume this would only work if you are very close to that tolerance angle.&lt;br /&gt;
