I have a corridor but I am trying to add the proposed culverts in there.
I tried the Subsurface utility but it does not have any nodes/conduit templates for box culverts, so that did not work.
Then I tried to just draw in the culvert and assign profiles/elevations to it but that does not seem very intuitive.
I read something about using a template but was not sure how to go about that.
Should I make a corridor for every culvert with its own culvert template?
I think that would work but I am worried that would take a lot of computer resources.
Thank you
I would treat the headwall as retaining walls in the main corridor cross section template drop and either parametrically or point control the ret wall to form the shape you need.
Then draw a horizontal alignment from the center point of the headwalls on both sides. Add the vertical alignment required and add a box culvert linear template to that alignment.

Chris

Hi Ahmedi,
ORD 2020 Release 1 also has a new Perpendicular Corridor option to allow for culvert modeling that requires vertical elevations to be perpendicular to the profile (instead of the roadway vertical method). This setting is located in your Corridor Feature Definition properties:

Agree. If anyone has share a video tutorial for adding a Box Culvert into a corridor?
Please share tutorial or Video if any or step by step methods.
To smooth the end condition transitions, try Create End Condition Exception with the "Apply ECE To" option as Left (or Right) Transition. Put one on each side of the wingwall. Have it start however far you want before the wingwall and end at the wingwall. This will transition the slope from the "normal" end condition to the Point Control at the wingwall end condition.
