MXRoad profile annotation problem

Hi,

I'v a profile annotation problem.

In some cases MXdraw/Annotate profile does not works correctly.

Even centerline has geometry, and the mxtips file works in some other projects correctly, the result is very freak in few projects.

No chainage annotation, no horizontal geometry annotation, and even the interval is set up 20 m, all points are annotated at master and terrain section strings.

Any idea?

It looks, that there is no chainage information, but why?

    Hello Tibor,

    1. Please Copy your whole project directory to a different drive and then check if still issue persists or not.

    2. Please try to delete temporary files of CAD Engine through C:\Users\purva.lakde\AppData\Local\Bentley\MX\8.11\6efLaBqulA4XiYmokoZrmQ\prefs*.ucf and *.xml files (Path of my system).
    Please make a note, first copy those file to a particular folder as a back then delete those file.

    3. Please check with String Naming Convention as it should be turn ON while creating project and after launch MXRoad go to Tools> System Parameters > String Naming Convention> check ON.

    Please let me know if still issue persists or not.

    Hi Purva,

    Thanks for your efforts.
    It looks like, that I'v a centerline/master string geometry problem.

    I'v just vreate a new alignment, and the annotation works great.

    My problem is, that there is a road reconstruction, the centerline must follow the original geometry, so I'd spent a lot of time, to create centerline, more over now just the documentation process are missing. Better said only profile drawings are missing only.

    So I need to go back to the old solution, in linemod.
