DTM Tools not loading in microstation.

Question

Hello, 
 We are using projectwise, Geopak ( Select Series 3). DTM tools are not loading properly. It opens sometimes but gives me error messages mos of the time. 
 DTMLOD unloaded. System fault: bad memory access. Unable to load/create dialog item of type 'sGrp', id = 1059 from dialog "Load DTM Features" 
 GPREFER unloaded. GSMAIN unloaded. GPKGALSERVER unloaded. GPKDGN is not loaded. GPKDGN unloaded. GPKCOREROAD unloaded. DTMIC unloaded. COGOPREF unloaded. 
 
 I am getting DTMCON unloaded message also. 
 Can anyone help me what is the issue here?

Yes. I think something wrong with custom workspace. I need to close file everytime to load all tools. Thanks for your help.

what version of geopak are you running? are you using a custom workspace? if so, try the default or untitled.

does it work with the untitled workspace? if so, your workspace might be preventing the proper loading of our tools. if not, you will need to uninstall and reinstall
