&lt;p&gt;What is the difference between SS4 and SS4 with update 1?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If ss3 can be used, what is the need to make the .imodel?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have access to NMP version 5.xx.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have not access to OpenRoads/PowerCivil SS4 and therefor I cannot test if it works or not.&lt;/p&gt;
