CADDD COP- I apologize for lack of use but where do I get the PennDOT XIN File?

On the page, it explains you need to request a logon. We have done no PennDOT work, so I have never asked for one and cannot specifically speak to its specific contents. I would not that the page mentions MicroStation Ss3 and both InRoads and OpenRoads. This leads me to think that they might still be using InRoads Ss2. Generally, if someone has been using Open Roads, they would now be using Ss4.

They have some OpenRoads files, but they specifically state that it's a "test environment." They just switched over to V8i about 4 years or so ago, and they're still using that for production, at least for consultants anyway.
