Corridor Modeling Cross Section Labeling Run-Time Error '380'

Question

We've recently encountered a Run-Time error never before seen, or at least to us. When we open Cross Section Labeling we receive this error message. 
 
 If we click on Debug we get this.

Any help? It happens on all of our machines and in all files. PowerGEOPAK version 8.11.07.615.

The problem was the font of the point names in the cross section file. They were set to the CHAR_FAST_FONT. Once they were set to a different font, in our case Arial TTF, the labeler worked.
