Hi. I have seen several solution for scripting of reference sequence reordering, but have not yet found a solution for my needs that can easily be used in the Batch Process utility. My workspace is set up to place active design last, but in some occasions, I would like to override this. Hopefully some of you has an easy solution to this. The mvba / Batch utility script should: Place a specific reference on top (last) The reference shall be specified by file name The input for the file name shall be "read" from the Batch Process script. No user input shall be needed during the process.
