SS2 and SS4 running on the same machine VBA Error

Question

We recently upgraded a few machines to the new version of MicroStation (832) to run Geopak 872. When opening an older job in SS2 and then trying to open CM cross section labeling, all 4 machines get a run-time error '-2147024770 (8007007e) ands labeler will not open. It works on machines that have SS2 and SS3 Geopaks on them.

Hi Steve, hope all is well. in the SS2 Geopak folder there is a file Geopakcom.exe Run it as an Admin and see if that helps. Sometimes things get out of wack.
