This first release of the GeoCoordination Services indexes freely available data from: USGS for the Terrain and Imagery (covering USA only) and from OpenStreetMap (covering many part of the world) for the Roadway, Building and Hydrology.

I know about MXRoad with google earth image and create terrain model from it. Please refer the below link for your reference.

Please do you have a experience create raster and terrain data using other software /google earth, sketchup, microstation, arcgis/ ?
When I using microstation create dgn file with, import image and surface from google earth. And then import to conceptstation but I can not see any thing. Please explaint how to import raster and surface to conceptstation another way using import option.

Same problem if you try only check box of Terrain and Imagery. Otherwise if check roadway, building, hydrology its has some data.
But I need only terrain and imagery data.
Please find another way to find the data.

Thank you for your response.

I have tested the same on my system and I have reproduce this issue on my system, I could as well received the error of "No data found for the requested area".

But just for testing, I selected different coordinate system as shown in the below snapshot, I could able to see requested data in my view.

After that I created a new file and selected default coordinate system which you have selected in your view and hence it' s working fine now.

Please update us if it's resolved your issue.

Its example area in Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar city. And also another area also same problem. yes my software is full connected to internet.

Thank you for your response.

Could you please let me know about the requested area to search so that I can test it at my system ? Also can you please try to select a different resolution. There might be some data covering your project extent. I would also like to ask you to check if you could have full access of your system and internet services. If the data is huge that needs to be downloaded which could take significant time depending on the available network.

Could you please let us know about the workflow you have followed to create new file ? If possible, can you please share any snapshot with us ? I would also recommend you, if you could refer the below link, this will help you to show creation of new concept using GeoCoordination Services.
