Reference file path broken

We have recently moved to PowerGeopak SS4 (08.11.09.845) and ever since the new deployment I have received numerous complaints of the reference paths becoming broken. This happens without any restructuring of the file folders. I have had it happen on a new file with new references and upon opening old files that worked without issue in GeoPak SS2.

Ideas?

Couple of questions:

1. What version of MicroStation were you previously running with GEOPAK before you moved to PowerGEOPAK?
2. Are you working with ProjectWise? Version?
3. Can you explain and/or show what problem you are seeing with the reference file path under the platform references?
4. What are you doing as a solution when the issue is occurring?

I am not aware of a known change or issue so we would need some information to specify the problem so we can troubleshoot or have an idea on where to focus.
