Mouse display issues

What sort of issues are you having with the display boxes and menus?

moving the cursor up and down over the options will white out the text. This will mainly happen the Template tools. There are other minor display issues for example 

Here the fly out boxes are layering on top of each other.

Ive been told by Australian Tech support that a few of the errors like above are caused by a wireless mouse

You might also try updating your graphics card to resolve this issue.

Our machine are specd reasonably well to cope with our CAD programs. The GPU in the machines is a NVIDIA Quadro K4000 on the latest drivers installed. Overall the machines run on a 64 bit operating system so all installed RAM is utilised.

We have 6 machines all specd the same, mine is the only one that has the display issues and I use a wireless mouse.

I would like to continue to use a wireless mouse that has additional buttons, is there one you could suggest that will not cause an issue like I have indicated?

I use a Logitech M510. As Jacquelyn says, it's probably a graphic's card issue and not related to wireless mouse. Have you tried using a standard 3 button wired mouse? does it produce the same result?
