Hi,
I'am working with P&P and I want to save the settings I have changed in the XIN file, but it doesn't work.
I save the prefs to Test and when I want to load the Test again it is not there?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Christiaan,
Are you doing Save as to "Test" or is there any other procedure , please let us know? When I saved as to Test > Load it > closed plan and profile generator dialog box and then reopen it , I could see Test preferences in my drawing.

Thank you for your response.
I have recorded video for you of my system as it's working on my system, please refer the following. When I have gone through your video, I observed you are using Program data to save XIN file, can you please change the path to any other drive or any other folder on which you could have full access or rights and then check if still issue persists or not. Please update us on the same.
Hi Purva,
I've done some testing and capture my screen so you can see what's happening.
The most strange thing is when I go to the tab Sheet Layout and load the prefs there is a different preference loaded?
Best regards,
Christiaan
I attached a PDF of a report that I have that generates a list of saved preferences. In the Plan & Profile Generator were two - Default and whatever strukton is.

I loaded this into Notepad++ and it found no detectable errors. I also loaded it into InRoads Ss4 and was able to call up both preferences and it also allowed me to save one as test.
I was also able to load a profile preference and save it as test and then make it so the preference strukton loads the original profile preference on the Profile Controls tab and make my "test" preference load the new "test" profile preference.
Hopefully someone from Bentley Civil can run some diagnostics on the process and figure out the issue.
