In Geopak, one could draw a drainage sub-basin and then extract a composite runoff C-value for that basin based on an underlying landuse dataset. Editing the shape of the drainage basin would also automatically update the C-value.
I was unable find this feature in Inroads S&S. Breakup of a landuse per drainage basin had to be manually entered to get a composite C-value.
Does anyone know whether the Geopak feature is being carried over to SUDA?
