Active Points to Annotate Cross Sections not displaying

Question

I'm trying to annotate cross sections using Microstation 08.11.09.714 and Geopak 08.11.09.845 SS4. I'm able to cut cross sections but when they're done and I zoom into what would be a template point there is no 'X' displayed so that I can annotate between points. Any help on resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at the 1st video on this wiki page and verify that you have completed the setup of the element template as shown in the video.

Make sure to change anything like "a different color selection" in your General Settings apparently there's a bug in the software that doesn't recognize your changes unless you do that.
