offset to the linking codes

Good Morning,

Does anyone know how to make offsets in liking codes (automatic drawing), the Data acquisition in PowerCivil? The idea was to import Ascii file with PENZC coordinates, the code is C, already has the offset included.

The TMPL code creates a parallel line (blue lines in the image), but do not know how the program assigns the value to the offset?

  • The software uses the offsets from the point using the TMPL command to any points following that line, before the next point using the same code as the point from the TMPL command. So in your example, only the L and L2 figures will get created as offsets to BANK, but starting both of them at the same point in a TMPL command does not make sense an they will be two figures on top of each other using the same codes. And when the point coded Bank ST is issued, the figures L and L2 will end.
It determines the direction for the offsets by the direction between the first two points of the BANK figure and the offset points.
