When I import DGN file there is not visible raster image. How I import terrain with raster image together into conceptstation?

Thanks your helping.
I can create raster image with surface using Global mapper. But surface is not too clear.
Is it possible to import from other type of surface /with raster image/ in cad or microstation files?

Hi, currently the GeoCoordination Services offers terrain and imagery data for the US (through USGS) and Canada (through GeoGratis). We are currently working on adding Global coverage. This should be available before the end of the year. In the meantime, if you already have terrain and imagery data, it is always possible to import it directly in OpenRoads ConceptStation in order to start your project. The data available from the GeoCoodination Services is free and open data. Depending on your need, the resolution available might not be sufficient. That's why in some cases, it might be required to get detailed data from different sources and import this data through the OpenRoads ConceptStation Import functionality. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need more information.

I mean use when use conceptstation it can find any data of terrain and image file for USA, but if other country's can not find any data.
Thats why I asking can other country use geocoordinate service.

What do you mean with geocoordinate service?

If you will bring your project to life you have to fill it by yourself. Sure you are able to use public data sources with Microstation/Openroads like WMS (WFS?) but it depends on your area where you are working and if there are supplier with free and open GIS and geo data.
What kind of civil project do you start ?
An for some "simple" data you might get terrain e. g. from google earth.
What do I miss?
