Upgrade and Move an InRoads SS2 project to InRoads SS4

Question

We have an InRoads SS2 project containing a DTM and ALG that we want to import into OpenRoads. As part of this import, we want to move the entire project to a different real world coordinate location. Is this possible?

Ed, why don't you just transform the DTM and ALG in SS2 before you bring it into OR?

 Thank you for posting your question in Bentley Communities. 
 To import ALG you can use General Geometry > Import Geometry function. Please refer the attached snapshot below for your reference. 
 
 To import DTM , go to Terrain Model > Create from file, please refer the attached snapshot below for your reference.
