When a corridor has tight curves and long end condition slopes, the catch points can overlap. In Ss2 and earlier, you could use the Remove Loops option, but it was also possible to use the Edit Feature Point to remove any overlapping tie-in points. With dynamic modelling, you can't edit the breaklines and if there is a Remove Loops setting, I have not found it yet.

I looked at the link but am curious, was the "Remove Loops" option taken out of OpenRoads? Or has it been hidden in another dialog? The toggle was an easy automatic fix for these situations.
As far as I know, Openroads has automatic loop removal assuming the template is long enough to allow for loop removal.

Automatic loop removal does not appear to work. Any thoughts on the question below, Openroads point control seems to love locking on the point farthest away. Winding Roads/Rivers, U shapes and Loops cause issues with point controls in Openroads. - OpenRoads | OpenSite Forum - OpenRoads | OpenSite - Bentley Communities
