We recently moved from Microstation SS3 / Geopak Suite SS2 to PowerGEOPAK SS4. The PowerGEOPAK version is .878. I have searched the forums to find similar problems and possible answers with no luck.
To date, here are the issues that I have found:
1. Shift / middle button snap pop-ups work up to the bisector snap. Every snap below the bisector snap does not work using this method. This was confirmed at other cadd stations.
2. Export / Import InRoads DTM no longer exists in DTM / Utilities. This is a survey project that I created a tin for and the client requested an InRoads DTM. This conversion existed before in previous version listed above. I figure there is a way to convert this file, but cannot locate it.
3. Help version is old. All help points to Microstation / Geopak SS3.
4. Water / Sewer & Drainage issues with snaps not working when adjusting existing nodes along an existing line. Snaps work when placing nodes initially, but not subsequent node adjustments. This issue existed in previous version of Microstation and Geopak listed above.
Appreciate any help / comments.

Workflow for snap issue is any command that uses the available snaps. For example, using the place line command and holding the shift button and mouse tentative snap, the snaps pop up. All snaps below bisector (intersection, tangent, tangent point, perpendicular, perpendicular point, parallel and point on) do not respond. The snaps for nearest, keypoint, midpoint, center, origin, and bisector work. I know that I can access all snaps through the snap mode location on the command bar at the bottom, accessed through the settings pulldown or button bar, but prefer the other method. This has worked in previous version stated above.
