Profile surface details buttons not working

We've seen this a couple of times, but as yet haven't been able to recreate or resolve it. It seems to only happen on some installations. I have one place where three machines work fine, then one other identical machine, which was created using the same image as the others, does not. It has us scratching our heads. As I say, I've not been able to recreate it, nor have any of my other colleagues using MX seen it.
We are trying various things at the moment to try and recreate it, and I'll keep this thread updates.

Hi Simon,

Did you manage to find a fix for this issue?  I have the same problem when I cut profiles in mx.  If I have cut the profile previously it works fine but if I am cutting a profile on a newly created master string it freezes.
