Hello,
We had a meeting earlier this week and we've been able to fix the problem.
This is related to a known issue, when running on a machine with 24 CPUs. This will be fixed in the upcoming update.

Ok, I had it working for a little bit. When I tried to reopen it this morning, it crashed. I've attempted to recreate the same thing again this morning and it immediately crashes when I try to accept the new road.

I think I figured it out. I was making my project area too small. As soon as I enlarged the project area, it stopped crashing.
