Existing Survey Features in ITL File

Hi Wesley,

Enhancement 634069 “Remove Survey Features within Create Template Point Properties” has been filed with our Development group and reads:
Within Create Template>Point Properties>Feature Definitions, Survey Features are included. User would like for Survey Features not to be included because it causes clutter.

For the meantime we ended up adding z_ to the front of them so they are at least at the bottom of the list.
