Subscript out of range error in parametric fitting

Question

We are using MX Suit SS4. A error showing "subscript out of range" message comes while doing parametric fitting in MX Renew. A screenshot for the same is attached. 
 what causes for this error and what is the solution to avoid it.

Does this happen for all projects or this project in particular? Can you try to delete the MXRenew folder from the project directory, however, you will need to create the scheme all over again. Restart MX and then check if the problem persist.

Thank you for contacting Bentley Technical Support. Can you please check your UAC setting in control panel as it should be on never notify ? Also try to reduce the offsets from 100 and check if still issue persists or not. Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings. To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.
