I reviewed all of the similar errors regarding opening up the drainage library file from this forum and none the answers/suggestions worked. The config variable points to a local directory, which every user has full access to, and gpk_rscdir location. I have deleted all of the rsc file in the temp directory and still got the same results. We recently went from Microstation / Geopak suite to PowerGEOPAK -version 08.11.09.878. The dlb use to work in the previous version of Microstation /Geopak. When I couldn't get it to work on PowerGEOPAK, I tried to open the same dlb file in the previous version of Geopak but got the same error. Would a file like this get corrupt somehow? This was the delivered dlb file from the previous version of Geopak (with some minor adjustments), so it was not created from scratch. Like I said it worked in the last project we did in Microstation/Geopak this last summer and had no problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here are the errors I am getting.
Starting Geopak Drainage: "No default drainage library found"
When I opening up the drainage library I get "Error opening drainage library"
When I go to select the library I get another "error opening drainage library"
All user have full access to the folders where the library is located. I have full admin rights to the ...powerGEOPAK\civil\bin folders. I even went back to the previous version of Microstation/Geopak and I get these same errors. This library was used this summer with no problems. I even tried other libraries (copied in to the working folders) and got the same messages. I changed the preference settings is drainage and it keeps saying "missing or Invalid Rainfall item". When I add the dlb in the preferences I get the same errors. Not sure what else to try.
