The cells in my SUE node won't connect. The buttom cell doesn't automatically expands itself to the top node

Hello! :-) I have a problem with my cells when I'm creating cells to use for my Feature Definitions for SUE nodes. I have followed the guides (both the video and the written guide) on how to create the cells to use in the Feature Definitions for the node, but the buttom cell won't automatically expand to the top cell. I have used the points and lines with construction class and the right line style. Does anyone know what could be the problem, and how to solve it? Below is a picture of my result for a manhole 
 As you see, it doesn't expand the buttom cell. I hope that there's an answer to my problem. You can see my .cel-file which is attached. I hope you can help me :)

What might be happening is that because the bottom cell is a cylinder, with no thickness, the extrusion process does not find anything to extrude. 
 
It would be worth modifying the bottom cell so that it has a wall thickness. One way to do that would be to create two solid cylinders, then subtract one from the other.
