why do my feature definitions not show up?

It may help if you elaborated more. Are you working in Inroads/Geopak? Do you have CAD Standards? Did you create the features? or were they provided to you? Do you have the proper seed files? We can only assume you are importing data from an outside source, and the features are not showing up.
