Geopak cross section offsets with multiple alignments

I have cut cross sections using Alignment A to generate the patterns, cells, and existing ground.  I then wanted to generate proposed cross sections on Alignment A's cross sections using Alignment B (which has its own profile).  I did just that but geopak labels the offsets from Alignment B instead of Alignment A.  I have been told that it should label the offsets from the cross section cell baseline which would be Alignment A but I cannot get it to.  Is there a setting or some other way to get it to label the offsets from A rather than B.  Thanks!

labeling with Geopak Criteria can allow for labeling off another chain just not directly. Criteria will allow you to intersect a chain, then store the point at this location. Store a point at the EOP for example, then subtract the two x values to obtain the offset. Then place the value label.
One thing to keep in mind is that this offset is based on the cross-section orientation, not perpendicular to Alignment B.
