Unable to Create Terrain Model in Geopak SS4

Hello,

I am trying to create a terrain model from an existing tin. I'm using the "Create from File" tool, selecting my .tin, but it gives me an Import Failed error when I click import. The strange thing is I tried created the same terrain from the same .tin file in a different workspace, and it worked perfectly. I've checked the PCF files and the two workspaces match, so I cannot figure out why it isn't working. Is there something behind the scenes that could be causing the import to fail? I do not have much experience working with .tins/terrains, so it may be an easy fix.

What workspace did it work in and what workspace did it not work in? What is different about the two workspaces? Try attaching the TIN file here and we can try it

From what I understand the two workspaces are the same, just for different projects. I attached both the .tin and .xml files if you don't mind trying it out. Thanks.

I downloaded the two files and they both imported just fine. Maybe try cleaning out all the files in the following two folders on your machine. Your path maybe a bit different depending on your software. PowerGEOPAK or Civil Engineering Suite

C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Bentley\PowerGEOPAK\8.11\OQ4n1D1p0OEPifXB1vNrKw\prefs\civil\

C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Bentley\PowerGEOPAK\8.11\OQ4n1D1p0OEPifXB1vNrKw\prefs\civil_commands\

Those specific directories didn't exist (...\Prefs\). I did delete the folder located in 8.11. Had no affect. Also tried a new UPF which had no affect. The tin I uploaded is a merged tin. The original worked fine, then the project area got expanded. The attached tin is a merge of the original with the additional survey added later. It appears there is something wrong the dgn file itself.

Is there are reason the .dgn would get corrupt by deleting one .tin and replacing it with another .tin? Can I upload the .dgn to see if that's the actual issue?

Not sure why the dgn would get corrupt just by deleting a terrain model and recreating it. You can upload the offending dgn and we can try it too.
