[OR] What are the Open Roads Equivalents to Design Surface Commands

A list of commands world be nice, but I am looking for Specific tools right now. InRoads Design Surface has the following two commands that I need to be able to replicate in Open Roads. The two commands are Generate Transverse Feature and Generate Longitudinal Feature. They offer something I have not seen available in Open Roads. You can select the Feature to use as the target and the feature to use as the source, but you can also identify a third reference feature from which all measurements are taken to be perpendicular from. Usually, one of the first two features is also desired as this third reference feature, but it can be a different element.

It is this capability to calculate a sloped surface from feature A to Feature B but to be measured perpendicular to Feature C that I need in Open Roads.

As a work-around, I can export everything to InRoads and use the InRoads tools, but eventually, InRoads will go away. When that happens, what is the methodology that we can use to replicate this workflow?

PS This is actually a retread of an earlier thread of mine but I do not believe it was understood by those who participated in the discussion. So I decided to post a new version calling out the specific InRoads tools that I cannot replicate with Open Roads.
