Workflow for DGNlibs - ORD CCONNECT

Hi 
 I am struggling a bit with ensuring correct hierarchy and updates of my dgnlibs into my feature definitions.dgnlib. 
 I copied the metric training dgnlibs and edited them according to online courses for Workspace and Workset set up. 
 
 Scenario: 
 XYZ_Feature definition.dgnlib 
 XYZ_Text styles.dgnlib 
 Image below is the "text style" dgnlib. i notice two things: 
 
 there are text styles that are comparing to the "feature definiton.dgnlib" as the library source 
 The icons sourcing from their own dgn, i.e the "text styles dgn" have green ticks, are they not supposed to be plain blue books without any ticks, triangles or dots? i'm struggling to find a decent explanation of what the icon markers mean. 
 
 Question: 
 Is there some kind of work flow/map that explains best practice around the dgnlib setup? Covering how to check and ensure that the correct library information is being pulled in at the correct place i.e. that the feature definition dgnlib is pulling in the "Text style.dgn" but does not have any of its own text styles that end up reading back into the "text style.dgn"? As i copied the delivered dgns and made no additions or deletions I find what is happening rather strange. i Followed the on demand courses and didn't find answers. 
 I assume once this setup is correct in the dgnlib folder, all dgns based in the relevant workspace will be easily updated.

Thank you for your question. It brought up an issue and it is actually a mistake on our part. While setting up the delivered files, we forgot to delete the text styles out of the feature definition dgnlib. This will be corrected for the next release. 
 
Let me explain, when you are setting up your feature definition dgnlib, if you select a text style, it automatically copies it onto the feature definition dgnlib creating a duplicate. It is safe and a good practice to go ahead and delete the text styles out of the feature definition dgnlib when you are done because it is already in the text styles dgnlib and you don't need it in both places. 
There is no harm having the duplicates but it is just a little confusing. 
This is where the green check mark comes into play, it is telling you that it also matches the library (hover your mouse over and see the message).
