We haven't released an update for ConceptStation yet, but the issue should be resolved when it is available. It is expected to be released within the next few weeks.

Has this issue discussed above been resovled? I am running into the same issue when attempting to edit my templates. I am on version 10.00.04.45

Hi Michael,

Thanks for reporting this issue. We believe that it was fixed for our upcoming Release Update. Since this isn't occurring with other projects, could you provide us with your dataset so that we can certify that it will indeed be fixed in our next update?

Chris,
Thanks for the response, however this did not solve my issue (I did the fit view trick about 30 times). For now, my workaround is to create the templates in a new project, and then import the templates into my project. It only seems to be this one particular project that is messed up, all of my other projects function properly.

I recall an issue with a user where the template was opening to a point way out in space and not the 0,0 origin of the Template Builder. So when they tried to bring in other templates to build components, it wasn't able to place them. What this user had to do was to zoom out a little, then press the 'Fit View' button a few times and it would gradually zoom to the origin of the template. Once you get to this location, you should be able to place the components. Based on your screen shots, you are at the X location of 12,500ft, so I think this could be the problem.

You may need to rebuild some templates if there are components placed out in space.
