Automatically create geometry from the template

What are the conditions for creating geometry from template? I use the same definition for a few points in the template, but only some of them create geometry where is possible display profile and create custom profile.

  • Hi Petr,

Any point in the template, whose feature definition is set to Create Template Geometry, will produce offset element constructions at the template defined offset. Make sure that the geometry that you want created has it's Feature Definition set to Create Template Geometry.

This command only creates horizontal geometry. If you want horizontal and vertical, you will need to create a corridor and drop a template. Set the corridor's design stage to view Linear Features. Then, you could use the Plan By 3D Element to create horizontal and vertical geometry from a template.
