Level difference shown with 1mm error in L-Section

Hello, 
 Level difference in L-Section generated by MX Road SS4 is coming with 1mm error. A AutoCAD file for your reference is attached herewith. Kindly describe how to fix problem.

Doing a difference of 2 numbers with 3 decimals accuracy won't give you a result with a 3 decimal accuracy. In your example, it could be 146.9084 - 146.3076 = 0.6008 so 0.601. So everything looks good
