I cant activate my openroads. Every time i login my key it shows that it it is done but after sometime goes back to trail mode.Can someone please help

I have had a user have something similar to this. Based on your description, this may or may not be the same. The user would be working in OpenRoads, and after 15 minutes would time out with his ORD license. He had previously uninstalled an EAP version of OpenRoads that used the trial license. It appeared that during the uninstall a license folder was not deleted that caused the problem. The solution is below.
You will need to perform a clean uninstall to remove all traces of this trial license. Please do the following below, or have IT help.
1. Uninstall OpenRoads Designer
2. Delete these folders:
a. C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition
b. Any folder that has OpenRoads Designer in the name located here: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\
c. C:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesign
3. Delete these keys in the registry if they exist:
a. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Bentley\Licensing
b. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Bentley\Licensing
c. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Bentley\Licensing
d. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Bentley\Licensin
4. Empty the recycling bin.
5. Install OpenRoads Designer.
6. Launch and run the activation wizard.
7. Leave it open for 15 minutes to verify you are not calling the trial license.
