Hello,
I am using Power Geopak V8i SS2.
I made an alignment and profile initially that worked well. Then I mad a change to the alignment by moving tow vertex points and deleting some others. This change had the affect of shortening my alignment overall. To ensure the profile was still in agreement with the alignment, I re-built the profile cell and re-defined the ground profile linework based on linework, not surface. However, when I go to build a geotechnical project by adding to borings and sampling in profile, I get the below message when I select my profile cell to set the borings in profile. The geotechnical project will work if I select the profile max station to be 2392+14.54 when I select the profile cell to set the profile to receive my borings. However, I have to ask, why does the profile not read the correct length of the alignment ?
Did you mean for your alignment to have Station Equations? there are four regions on that alignment based on your capture.
You may need to restation your alignment in cogo. use this tool
Cogo > Element > Chain > Station
object would be the first element on your chain.

Nico,
Name of chain is Chapin, and profiles are EG-CHAPIN.and HDD_CHAPIN. The gpk is attached.0576.jobgeo.gpk
The problem is with profile hdd_chapin. the stationing does not match the chain.
you can restation this profile, open Geopak > Road > Geometry > Coordinate Geometry and go to Element > Profile > restation
