We are using MX Suit version 08.11.09.845. When we install the it a error comes showing a message "error 1638". A screen shot is being attached for your reference. Kindly guide us how to solve it.

Hi, the error could be caused by another version of the application on your computer as it has to be uninstall first. There is a MicroStation Wiki explaining it there: communities.bentley.com/.../20780.error-1638-installing-prerequisite-pack.
