Load DTM Feature Dialog Window Error

We have a PC that has a unique problem that I haven't seen in the 25 years I have used MicroStation. All of the DTM element types only show Spots. It is version 8.11.09.878.

    We had the same problem in earlier versions of the software - Are you reading the .LPF file from a network or is it local?
    We found that the LPF file could no longer be read from the network and we had to copy it local for every project.
    Those of us that had read write permissions to the standards location on the network did not have any problems but the general user could only us the file if it was copied somewhere where they had read-write access so we started adding the LPF file to the project folders
