Are "Blue top" reports or "slope staking" reports obsolete in SS4?

Thank you. Can you direct me to the tools required to run the reports? The native tool requires a gpk cell, which are not created with civil cross sections.
If you run the create xs tools and you have the Geopak flavored OpenRoads, you should have xs cells. You will not get xs cells if you run dynamic xs.

I am creating my sections with the "Create Cross Sections" icon. I am accessing reports by Geopak/Road/Cross Sections/Reports. I get the error "No GEOAK Cross Sections Stored in Design File. Thoughts?
