Are "Blue top" reports or "slope staking" reports obsolete in SS4?

No they are not. You can still run them on xs created in ss4.

We figured it out. When in SS4, you need to cut cross sections as "stacked" instead of "sheet". Then you can run blue top reports. Thanks for your help Nico.

If you run the create xs tools and you have the Geopak flavored OpenRoads, you should have xs cells. You will not get xs cells if you run dynamic xs.
