Is anyone else experiencing massive delay in using the Customize Ribbon dialog in ORD? Using it is fine, but actually opening it takes a while.
I am also having a very lengthy wait (5 minutes+) for it to apply menu changes. My version of Microstation CONNECT does it instantly.

Thanks Ian, I tried that with no luck and went one step further and uninstalled it, deleted the ORD folders in users appdata local, programdata and program files and reinstalled. It is unfortunately still happening.

I've found an issue where an edited ribbon dgnlib crashes on opening. Eg. if I save ribbon edits in a dgnlib specified in the Workspace GUIDGNLIBLIST and try to reopen it it crashes, while edits saves to Personal.dgnlib are fine.
I suppose we can only write to Personal.dgnlib for ribbon customisation for now I suppose?
