Very slow Customize Ribbon dialog in ORD

Also, I am customizing the ribbon to popup with the horizontal geometry tab when I select horizontal geometry and vertical geometry tab when I choose a profile element, which works quite well (like Civil3d) using named expressions but adding in the "ribbon rebuild" command takes 5 mins (more like 7-8 mins) to complete.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've just had a quick play with customising the ribbon, just very basic stuff like adding Tabs and adding buttons moving things around, and its working pretty much instantaneously for me. I'll have a look at some more advanced customisation.

Unfortunately still no luck.

Tried running as Administrator, different Workspace, no Workspace, new empty dgnlib, new dgn, etc. And still the same...

Mark just as something to try can you exit ORD, then back up
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs
specifically anything with naming starting personal
delete anything with naming starting personal and try again
