After updating to 10.01.00.15 OpenRoads Designer I'm not able to Place Label Setting with a leader. I'm using the Cell Name _Lbl_Pln_Sta-Off. I'm able to pick me alignement and place the label and the Station and offset look correct but the leader is draw way off to the north. Not where I snapped.
Do you have a sample DGN you can provide for testing? I have tested this command in my updated 10.01.00.15 build and it appears to display the leader correctly. I noticed you have another community post regarding the named boundaries not placing in the correct location and I wonder if something in the settings of the file are triggering the display of these elements to be in a different location.
Does this only occur with the specified label or do all the cell labels with a leader appear in this manner?
As you are in the Place Label command, after you select the element and you move your cursor for the label location, do you dynamically see the leader connected to your cursor or does it not even dynamically appear correct when you are locating the point for the label location?
Can you also provide a screen capture of your settings in the Place Label command?

Did you ever get resolution on this and your Named Boundary question - where the leaders were terminating far to the north? I'm getting that same problem now (never did before) and the Named Boundaries are also creating far removed from the model. Your post is the only one I have found that seems to describe the same problem. Thanks for any help.
