We are moving to Openroads and I would like to know where the grading tools are located? We need to be able to do some basic grading around headwalls, under bridges, roundabouts. We used Site before moving to SS4. But we cannot find any of the tools\features that were in Site.
I know there is a basic civil cell for roundabouts. But it won't give us what we need. We would like to be able to add contours around headlamps or underneath a bridge and have them part of the SS4 tin.

The GEOPAK Site specific tools from the native Site operations do not exist but the functionality is mostly available through the Terrain Modeling commands. Not all the Site specific commands were redeveloped for OpenRoads but I suggest you check out the Pad and Parking Lot Modeling along with the Pond Modeling courses on the LEARN Server as well as the Terrain Modeling information on the communities.
