How to create custom Cells for Drainage nodes?

I am trying to update my drainage nodes to match PennDOT Roadway construction standards. Their type C inlets are Square among other things and i need to find a way to create custom Drainage nodes. Is this possible?

    > Subsurface Utility Feature Definitions
    > Construction of Cells Used in Feature Definitions

    Depending on the software you are using, the file is stored in
    C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\Subsurface\SUDA.chm
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\PowerCivil V8i (SELECTSeries 4)\Subsurface\SUDA.chm
